Every single muscle in my body was tense from the second the movie started 'til the second the credits started rolling at the end. Intense? Very. Depressing and hard to watch? Uh huh. Is Anne Hathaway a mind blowing actress? Duh. The trailer makes this movie look like a lighthearted romp. Ummmm, no. I needed tissues.

i found myself searching netflix on x-mas eve looking for something to put on while i finished up a few things and ended up starting this movie. about five minutes into it i changed my mind and decided to put on the nutcracker instead. i have been planning to watch it though.
