...my left sleeve will finally, after a long, long wait, be started. I visited with Glenn (an old friend and new tattoo guy) last night and got a sneak peek of his sketches for me. This is exactly what I was looking for. He took the botanical drawings I gave him and combined them with the line drawing style I asked for and came up with this. I'm in love. The only change to be made to the design below is the butterfly. I'm not a butterfly kind of gal, so he's going to replace it with either a bird or another flower. Sorry about the weird shadows in these images...the lighting in that place is not great for taking photos. As long as it's okay for doing great tattoos I guess I don't care!
Thursday cannot get here fast enough.

sweetness! Can't wait to see it "on"!
Ha! You're not a butterfly kind of girl, yet you are tattooing yourself with flowers that in nature attract butterflys. Seems a bit confusing to me. Do you really know WHAT you want?
I know exactly what I want, anonymous. I don't want a butterfly tattooed on me, but I welcome them into my garden. Sorry if I confused you.
it's going to be fantastic! I can't wait to see photos!
