Random thing #2:
I can hardly stand waiting for this album to come out. I hope it's not a disappointment, but then again he hasn't disappointed me yet. This newest work is supposed to be a reaction to the fans who have been asking Bachmann to return to his older (read: Loaf) roots and put out a peppier, more lively album. I wish they'd leave the poor man alone. I'd like to see a Loaf reunion as much as the next gal, but hey, he's moved on! Only 6 more days until I see him live!!!

The Sheep and Wool Festival, also known as the Fiber Festival is coming up on the 18th and 19th, but seeing as how I work on Saturdays I plan on going on the 19th. I'm attempting to put together a bit of a group trip here. Anyone wanna go? I can only promise you yarn like you've never seen before and all the llama, alpaca, and sheep you could ever want to meet. Well, that and a day filled with my sunny personality. Heh. Let me know if you'd like to join me!

The new background color on the old blog here is the color I'm considering for our living room when the construction is done. What do you think? It slightly resembles baby poop, but I like it. Opinions?

I don't know what this means, but can I tell you I was disappointed that I couldn't attend the Sheep and Wool Festival?? I think I was drawn in by the many colors of wool in the picture (think the Mr. Rogers episode when they show how crayons are made...)
Maybe it's the changing of the seasons that has you wanting to go. I don't know what the hell the weather is like now in Maryland, but you're a NY girl and maybe you just need, I don't know, some wool or something. Just kidding.
